At Flextech, we specialise in the design, development, and manufacturing of all types of hygienic hose assemblies to accommodate for all of your Hygienic hose applications from temperatures of -40˚c to +100˚c. Our high quality, hygienically swaged food and dairy hoses simultaneously and drastically reduce bacterial growth and contamination, improve the health and safety of the working environment for employees, and ensures the longevity of hose assemblies. The Flextech dairy hose range has a 10-bar working pressure and 30-bar burst pressure, making them perfect for the delivery of fatty foods and dairy products.

Dairyflex® is Flextech’s range of hygienic rubber dairy hoses suitable for milk, dairy, and fatty food products, manufactured in compliance with FDA and BGA requirements. Our high quality, hygienically swaged Dairyflex™ hoses simultaneously and drastically reduce bacterial growth and contamination, improve the health and safety of the working environment for employees, and ensures the longevity of hose assemblies. Dairyflex® hose assembly liners are corrugated and are made up of NBR rubber compound. Our food quality liner used within our dairy hoses range is odourless and taste-free, ensuring a hygienic food processing operation. Dairyflex® hose covers are made of blue cloth impression NBR rubber which is resistant to ozone, abrasion, and weathering, providing a high quality, yet affordable dairy hose solution.

Food Hoses

Flextech offer the highest quality suction and delivery hoses for foodstuffs such as sugar, grains, rice, salt, flour, fruit and animal foods. With nitrile (NBR), neoprene rubber, polyurethane (PU) or PVC linings, these hoses remain lightweight, durable and flexible whilst avoiding passing on taste or odour to the contents. Reinforcements such as rigid spirals or high strength synthetic piles with copper wire keep the food hoses crush and vacuum resistant, and less prone to static buildup. They feature a smooth lining so contents will not stick and build up bacteria, making them easy to clean and adhere to stringent hygiene regulations and numerous standards.

Dry Food Hoses

Transport and deliver dry and abrasive foodstuffs such as grains, rice, sugar, flour and animal foods with Flextech’s specialist dry food hoses and ducting. Our range of dry food hoses include antistatic PVC hoses, PU vacuum and crush resistant hoses, reinforced Polyurethane ducting from 1 inch to 14 inch diameter and nitrile rubber hoses with an odourless, taste free liner.
