Description
A hygienic thread that originated from the Dairy Industry & conforms to BS4825 & ISO2853. This range is available in sizes from 1-4” (other sizes are available) & is made in 316L Stainless Steel, available with full traceability.
Identified by a large hexagonal nut and a square cut shaped seal with a small internal lip.
Key Features
- The smooth, hygienic connection between the hose liner and the fitting ensures no bug traps
- The end of the hose is completely sealed off. There is no ‘fraying’ of the hose end which is common where clips and clamps are used instead
- High pressure resistance. Hose should always burst before fitting comes off
- No damage is done to the liner from swaging
- Bounce rings available to protect the 316L Stainless Steel fitting
- Every coupling has a material traceability number etched into it
- Every swaged ferrule is indented with batch production number, date of manufacture and any other unique references required for traceability
