Description
The T5718C Dairyflex® hose from Flextech is a 10 bar suction and delivery hose for milk, dairy, and fatty foods products. In an environment with heavy machinery or vehicles, the crush-resistant element of this dairy hose takes power, as it springs back into position due to the nylon spiral.
Flextech has specially formulated these products to have low friction & anti-abrasion covers, making them lighter work for operating.
Working pressures up to: 10 bar
Temp range: -30℃ to 100℃

Liner
Smooth, white, NR rubber compound. This food quality liner is odourless and taste free.
Reinforcement/s
High strength synthetic plies with nylon spirals.
Cover
Smooth, blue, cloth impression NR rubber which is resistant to ozone, abrasion and weathering.
Connections
Flextech offer 316L stainless steel, permanently swaged Shawlok® couplings which includes Triclamp, DIN 11851, RJT, SMS, IDF, BSP and BSPT fully hygienic end connections for our range of fatty foods and dairy produce hoses.
