About PTFEflex™

Our PTFEflex™ range consists of smoothbore, convoluted, easycrimp, and castellated PTFE hose assemblies in either virgin or antistatic variations.

We’ve been designing, manufacturing, researching, and developing our PTFE hose assemblies since our inception in 2010. And, due to the versatility of PTFE, we specialise in designing hose solutions for applications with very unique requirements.

PTFEflex™ Details

Below you’ll find some important information about PTFEflex™ – construction, applications, temperature range and pressure range – to help you make informed choices. There are slight variations with these details depending on the PTFEflex™ hose being used. The below is meant as a guide.

Construction – Virgin or antistatic PTFE, chemically inert, non-toxic, hygienic liner, variation of braid reinforcements and/or a steel wire spiral, stainless steel braid cover and additional covers enabling the assembly to meet performance requirements of the application.
Applications: Food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, chemical, petrochemical, defence – The versatility of PTFE makes it suitable for hundreds of different applications.
Temperature range: -260°c to +260°c
Pressure Rating: Up to 552 bar working pressure & 1655 bar burst pressure
